The Costa Atlantica has a passenger capacity of 2,114, and her 1,057 cabins include 678 with private balconies and 58 suites. Decks are named after Fellini films, such as La Dolce Vita and La Strada, and the decor on the Costa Atlantic is bold with plenty of Murano glass throughout the public areas. Features on board the Costa Atlantica include a central atrium which spans 10 decks, 3 swimming pools with plenty of sunbathing space, 4 Jacuzzis and a 2-storey well-equipped gym. The Pinocchio Kids Club offers activities for children.

Dining on board the Costa Atlantica takes place in the Tiziano Restaurant, offering 2 sittings nightly, the Club Atlantica, which boasts a menu designed by a Michelin-starred chef and requires reservations, or the more informal Botticelli Buffet. The Costa Atlantica has plenty of places to relax in during the evenings and enjoy a drink and a dance, including entertainment venues such as the Caffe Florain, Dantes' Disco and the Coral Lounge.
